| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等方法对现阶段我国高校优秀运动员自小学—中学—大学的“一条龙”培养模式的影响因素进行调查,结果表明:教育部政策引导程度不够；高水平运动队主管领导对“一条龙”培养模式认识不足；运动员“三级训练网”过程中训练的系统性不够等六因素成为制约“一条龙”培养模式的主要瓶颈.经过对六个因素的分析,得出合理的解决对策,以利于“一条龙“培养模式的健康发展.

| Abstract: | This paper makes a survey of the one-stop training model of high-quality sports teams in colleges through the documents,questionnaires,and interviews with experts,etc..The one-stop training mode is a mode that high-quality players are trained from the elementary school,high school and college.The result shows that guidance from the relevant organizations is inadequate and the training is unsystematic.This paper puts forward the suggestions to facilitate the one-stop training model. |
