| 摘 要： | 采用速率散射比浊法、问卷调查法,研究不同运动量的24式简化太极拳对血清免疫球蛋白的影响,并探讨免疫球蛋白与上呼吸道感染发病持续时间的关系.结果发现:经过6个月太极拳运动后,每周运动3次组和每周运动5次组的血清免疫球蛋白IgA和IgG均显著高于运动前,IgM未见显著性差异;而对照组实验后IgM显著降低;与运动前比较,运动组运动后平均每次上呼吸道感染持续时间均显著缩短,IgA与平均每次上呼吸道感染持续时间呈显著负相关,IgG和IgM呈正相关,但未见显著性差异.

| Abstract: | Adopted the precision of immunoturbidimetry and questionnaire investigation, this study draw specific attention on the impacts of the 24-style Tai-jiquan on the immunoglobulins and the relationship between immunoglobulins and Up-Respi- ratory Tract Infections (URTI) in the female college students. The results indicate that: after six-month Tai-jiquan exercise the level of IgA and IgG increased significantly but IgM no changed remarkably in 3times/week and 5times/week groups. In the control group, IgM decreased significantly after experiment. Average duration of up respiratory tract infections de- creased significantly after exercise in training groups. IgA was negatively correlated to the duration of up respiratory tract infections obviously, IgG and IgM were positively correlated to the duration of up respiratory tract infections but no signifi- cantly. |
