| 摘 要： | 以全日制普通中小学校教师为研究对象，以问卷形式对757名教师在教育学生过程中的心理教育同盟关系建立策略进行调查研究．结果表明：（1）教育同盟关系的建立策略主要包括热情、尊重、真诚、共情和积极关注五个策略；（2）心理教育同盟关系建立策略具有较强的可用性以及适用性；（3）小学阶段，胆汁质教师更擅长使用真诚策略；抑郁质教师更擅长使用共情和积极关注策略；（4）中学阶段，教龄对热情和真诚策略的使用有不同的影响．

| Abstract: | Taking primary and secondary school teachers as the research subjects,757 teachers were questionnaired for the strategies they applied in the process of constructing mental educational alliance in the course of educating students.Results show that: 1) the principal strategies for the construction of educational alliance include the following five: warmth,respect,genuineness,empathy and positive regard.2) such construction strategies are relatively strong in its usability and applicability.3)for the primary ... |
