| 摘 要： | 国家主权是民族国家存在和发展的根本,是国际社会发展最重要的概念之一,经过了几个世纪的发展,形成了较为严密的理论体系。然而,随着社会的发展,传统的主权理论遭到了新兴理论的挑战。中国应当针对新的主权观念对国家主权进行更加有效的维护。

| Abstract: | Sovereignty is the foundation of the existence and development for a nation-state,which is one of the most important concepts with the development of the international community.After centuries of development,it has formated a more rigorous theoretical system.However,with the development of the society,the traditional theory of sovereignty was challenged by the emerging theory.China should get a more effective maintenance for the new concept of the national sovereignty. |
