| 摘 要： | 用常规＂质壁分离与复原＂方法对番茄、红背叶、红萝卜、报手红、紫甘蓝、紫背万年青、美人蕉、马齿苋、芥兰等9种植物进行实验观察,结果显示紫背万年青可代替紫色洋葱成为观察植物细胞质壁分离与复原的材料,适宜蔗糖溶液浓度为0.5g/mL。
