| 摘 要： | 培养教师教育专业学生教学能力有助于实现教育目标、提升教师教育专业学生的就业竞争力、改善教师教育,提升教学质量。教学能力是教师在教学过程中表现出来的为实现教学目标而运用多种方式方法以调动学生学习积极性、主动性和创造性的能力,主要包括教学认知能力、教学操作能力和教学监控能力。教师教育专业学生教学能力培养是一项系统工程,涉及方方面面。特别是其中的学校、教师以及学生自身更是在这一过程中发挥着十分重要的作用。教师应当成为学生教学能力培养的指导者和引路人;学校为学生教学能力的培养搭建平台营造良好环境;学生自身则是教学能力培养的关键和归宿。

| Abstract: | To cultivate the teaching competence of teacher education majors is of great benefit to achieve teaching target,to be more competitive in employing,to improve teacher education and the quality of teaching.Teaching competence covers the ability in teaching and taking various methods to improve the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity,mainly including teaching cognitive competence,teaching operational competence and teaching monitoring competence.It is a systematic engineering,among which school,teacher and student play a key role.In the training of students＇ teaching competence,teachers are the guides and directors,schools establish good situation,and students are the key and end-result. |
