| 摘 要： | 利用计量经济模型分析了我国对外直接投资的区位选择。分析指出,影响我国对外直接投资的主要因素有东道国的经济发展水平和市场潜力、东道国与我国的贸易关系。目前我国对外直接投资的主要区域应选择东南亚地区,发达国家周边的发展中国家和非洲及拉美国家。

| Abstract: | An econometric model was used to analyze the location choice of China's overseas direct investment. It was concluded that nowadays the factors that affect China's overseas direct investment are the host country's economic development level, the market's potential and the trade relationships with China. Therefore, China should invest Southeast Asian, developing countries neighboring developed countries and countries in Africa and Latin America. |
