| 摘 要： | 创变与坚守,是高校决策自身发展问题的两个方面,单纯地强调创变而忽视或弱化坚守,或者强调坚守而忽视或弱化创变,都不符合以科学发展观决策高校自身发展问题的内在要求,高校发展决策必须审慎地处理创变与坚守之间的辩证关系。

| Abstract: | Innovation or maintenance of the traditions, is the two sides of the decision-making of universities'development. It doesn't accord with the idea of scientific development to the decision-making of universities' development that we simply stress the innovation but ignore the maintenance of the traditions or only stress the maintenance but ignore the innovation of the traditions. So, it requests us to make deal with the relationship of the innovation and maintenance of the traditions to the decision-making of universities' development in China. |
