政治关联、高管薪酬与企业绩效——基于民营上市公司的经验研究

摘    要:以20062011年的民营上市公司为研究样本,实证检验了政治关联对高管薪酬的影响。实证结果表明,具有政治关联的企业其高管薪酬更高;在制度环境较差的地区结果更加明显。此外,有政治关联的高管获得了较高的薪酬,其对企业绩效的促进作用高于无政治关联的高管。

Abstract:Based on the 2006 to 2011 of private listed companies as this paper tests the influence of political connections on executive compensation. The empirical results show that politically connected companies have higher executive compensation,and it found in the poor institutional environment region,the results are more obvious. In addition,it also found executives that have political connections got a higher pay,its promoting effect on enterprise performance is higher than that without political association executives.
