| 摘 要： | 游泳运动是建立大鼠运动模型的常用方法之一，相较于其它方法，对大鼠的干扰相对较小、易维持运动强度在较高水平，而所需设备大多简便易得，但也有很多不足。文章对大鼠游泳的外部条件的控制、训练过程的掌握、运动负荷的衡量、运动后的处理等几方面问题做了阐述。

| Abstract: | Swimming is a sport model in rats, one of the common methods. Compared with other methods, the interference of the rat is relatively small and easy to maintain exercise intensity at a relatively high level, while most of the necessary equipment is simple easy to get, but there are also a lot of defects. In this paper, rats swimming in the control of external conditions, the training process to master, the measure of exercise, to deal with the aftermath and so on several aspect questions were made the elaboration. |
