摘    要:课程实施是一项复杂的教育活动,许多教育改革的成败,不在于课程计划的科学与否,关键在于课程的实施,我国对课程实施的重要性认识不够,课程实施是受传统教育论的影响,属忠实取向的。课程实施采取自上而下的模式,教师参与课程开发不够。教师必须采取相应的实施策略,如课程观方面实现“从内容到经验”的转换;加强沟通与对话,协调各方面影响等。

Abstract:Whether the educational reform is successful or not doesn't depend on the scientific curriculum plan, but the implementation of curriculum, a complex educational activity. However, we are not fully aware of the importance of the implementation of curriculum adopting the top-down pattern and teachers are not so active in the participation of curriculum development, so we must take some corresponding strategies such as the transformation from content to experience in the view of curriculum, strengthening the contact and dialogue, and coordinating the influences from different sides.
