| 摘 要： | 叙事心理治疗受到后现代主义思潮的影响,它倡导问题在于问题本身,而不在于人.叙事疗法有一系列独特的技术方法,如故事叙述、问题外化、解构、重构等.主要通过阐述叙事心理治疗的基本理念、叙事治疗的过程和技术,进而讨论它与传统心理治疗之间的差异.

| Abstract: | Narrative psychotherapy was impacted by postmodernist thoughts,which believes in that the problem itself is independent of the patient.The narrative psychotherapy has a series of unique skills and methods,such as：narration,externalization,deconstruction,re-construction.The article focuses on the elaboration of the fundamental principles,the procedures and skills of the narrative psychotherapy,so as to find out about its differences with the traditional psychotherapy. |
