| Abstract: | The successful education is not from coerce, but from encouragement. In order to adapt to the requirements in the 21 century, the new generation should have enterprising spirits and practical capability. The initiative probing cooperative teaching method is advocated. So the transformation of teaching methods bring higher requirements to the teachers. |
