| 摘 要： | 网络传播权作为著作权在网络上的延伸，其确立丰富了著作权的权利内容．为了更好地维护著作权人和使用人的利益，有必要对其进行合理的限制。对网络传播权的限制是著作权法正义性价值理念的要求，是减缓平等和效率冲突的需要，是著作权本身反垄断的需要，是资源优化配置，实现和维护国家社会经济利益的需要．

| Abstract: | The conception of the right of the Internet communication is the expansion of copyright on the Interact; its establishment enriches the connotation of copyright. In order to preserve the interests of authors and users, we must restrict the right properly, which is the requirement of justice value of Copyright Law and is also the needs to solve the conflicts between equality and efficiency, to fight against monopolies, to realize optimum distribution of resources, and to protect the interests of the national economy. |
