摘    要:酒精粗馏废液返回用作糖蜜稀释水,重新参与二次发酵是酒精生产废水治理减排的有效途径之一。但该项技术虽有国外的成功案件和国内的实验基础,但理论依据不足,人们心存疑虑,难以在实际生产中应用推广。为了消除人们的思想顾虑,早日实现该技术的应用推广。对酒精发酵系统的生化反应进行了分析,并利用平衡移动的观点,从理论上说明酒精粗馏废液回用后,不会对正常的酒精发酵产生不良影响。以期为该项技术的使用提供理论支持。
