| 摘 要： | 探讨腰椎间盘突出症在接受推拿、牵引联合治疗后的效果。方法：选取膨出型、突出型腰椎间盘突出症患者共60例,全部运用推拿加牵引的方法治疗。治疗后参照《中医诊疗常规》中的疗效评定对疗效进行评定,并与治疗前相对比。结果：在本次收集的病例中,平均的治疗时间为10.52天,有效率为85%。治疗前后的直腿抬高试验高度差异明显（P〈0.01）,VAS数值差异明显（P〈0.01）。结论：对于膨出型及突出型腰椎间盘突出症的患者,推拿加牵引的治疗较为有效,本试验中,治疗前后得到的数据对比时,差异十分显著。
