| 摘 要： | 村民自治制度规范已初步形成一个纵横连接的制度网络,这集中体现在制度纵向链条相接、村民自治内容的包含覆盖、村民自治制度群整体逻辑结构不断完善。同时,现有村民自治制度文本结构还存在制度链条过长、制度文本之间衔接互动不够、制度文本在不同层面畸轻畸重等问题。

| Abstract: | Villagers' self governance norms have formed a sophisticated network,which is reflected in improvement in the areas of con-tents and logical structure.At the same time,there are some drawbacks in the textual structure of villagers' self-governance,such as system chain is too long,lack of interactive,unbalance of system text,etc. |
