摘    要:探讨团队心理授权对团队主动性产生影响的作用机制,即团队心理授权是否会通过组织公民行为的中介作用对团队主动性产生影响。采用多元回归分析、方差分析和结构方程建模方法分析了团队心理授权、组织公民行为以及团队主动性之间的关系,研究样本来自于32家企业156个工作团队的568名员工。结果表明,团队心理授权对组织公民行为、团队主动性有正向影响;在不同心理授权模式下,团队主动性水平存在显著差异;团队心理授权在组织公民行为和团队主动性之间具有完全中介作用。

Abstract:This study was designed to explore the effect of team psychological empowerment (TEP) on the team proactivity and the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Regression analysis,analysis of variance and structural equation model of 568 qualified samples in 156 teams in 32 enterprises was used to examine the specific relations between TEP,OCB and team proactivity.
