| Abstract: | The paper introduces general situation of development of personal librarian in the United Sates of America,and thinks that personal librarian is a new reader service manner.Personal library’s building contact with user through personal librarian and providing service for reader periodically or aperiodically,updates the idea of library service and extends library service mode.This new service mode can innovate reference service mode,subject service mode and entrance training mode for freshman. |
