| 摘 要： | 借鉴美国校企合作模式进行本土实践，通过笔者所在院在校企合作中的一些典型案例，阐述在校企合作教育中，明确校企双方的地位和作用，分阶段、分层次地联合建立“三星半导体培训学院”、“江苏省微电子工程技术研究开发中心”、“三星设备技术研修中心”、“设备革新技术研究所”、“三星半导体工科大学”等，逐步递进地提升人才培养质量的有效性，确保校企合作得以顺利实施，有效提高高职院校高端技术技能型人才培养的质量。

| Abstract: | By consulting American school-enterprise cooperation patterns in local practice, this article has elaborated the clear position and role of both sides in the school-enterprise cooperation through some typical cases. This paper has suggested the ideas of school-enterprise joint establishment of ＂Samsung Semiconductor Training College＂, ＂Jiangsu Microelectronic Engineering Technology Researching Center＂, ＂Samsung Equipment Technology Researching Center＂, ＂The Institute of Equipment Innovation Technology＂ and ＂Samsung Semiconductor Engineering College＂. So we can enhance the training quality in stages at different levels and ensures the smooth implementation of school-enterprise cooperation, which will raise the quality in talent training for high-end skilled talents in higher vocational colleges. |
