| 摘 要： | 介绍东莞在创建公共文化服务体系示范区过程中富有成效的东莞模式,以东莞图书馆为例阐述东莞模式的具体内容。认为确保政府为责任主体是做好创建工作的先决条件,立足文化民生是做好创建工作的重要基础,体系化推进是做好创建工作的有效途径,创新机制是做好创建工作的有力保障。这4条经验值得借鉴。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the productive Dongguan Model in the construction of public culture service system demonstration area,and elaborates specific contents of Dongguan Model by taking Dongguan Library for example.The paper thinks that the government being the subject of liability is the prerequisite of doing,basing on culture and livelihoods is the important foundation,promoting systematically is the effective way,innovating mechanism is the powerful guarantee.These four experiences are worthy of referral. |
