| 摘 要： | 提出了国家、省部级重点实验室不仅要成为我国开展科学研究、学术交流与合作、创新型人才培养的基地,同时也要成为创新型人才培养的延伸中心,建立多元化的创新型人才培养体系。本文还提出了以国家、省部级重点实验室为核心,建立"金字塔式"的科研网络体系,同时建立全新的重点实验室开放性管理体制,从而使之成为实施科技强国、创新型人才培养、建设创新型国家的依托和支撑点。

| Abstract: | This paper presented that state or province key laboratories are not only the base of developing scientific research,engaging in academic exchanges and cooperation,and fostering creative talents,but also the centre of extension of fostering creative talents in China.Pyramidal scientific research network was presented on the basis of state or province key laboratories.Furthermore,a new-open management system of the key laboratories was proposed,which become the backing and strong point of implementation of powerful country of science and technology,cultivation of creative talents,establishment of creative state. |
