| 摘 要： | 21世纪对人才素质要求的提高和高职毕业生就业形势的日趋严峻,决定了高职院校学生应尽早进行职业生涯规划的必要性和迫切性。本文阐释了高职学生职业生涯规划的内涵、遵循的原则,分析了当前高职院校学生职业生涯规划中存在的问题,明确了职业生涯规划的步骤和应注意的事项,以帮助高职学生科学地进行职业生涯规划。 |
