| 摘 要： | 随着经济社会的不断发展,高等教育与经济社会的关系越来越密切,培养融创新与创业为一体的“双创型”人才是当今高等职业教育人才培养的重要方向.“双创型”人才的培养,首先是要优化培养目标,确立“双创型”人才的发展方向,建立与之相适应的多元化培养模式,开展教师主导,学生作为参与主体的教学新模式.根据“双创型”人才的需求特点,实践教学、技能训练和第二课堂教学将在整个培养过程中发挥重要的作用.“双创型”人才质量评价标准和考核方法也要与之适应,进行变革.

| Abstract: | With the continuous development of economic society, the relationship between higher education and economic society is more and more closely. Cultivating the innovation and entrepreneurship “ double type” tal- ented person is the important direction of higher vocational education personnel training. The most important of “ double type” talent cultivation is to optimize the training target, establish the development direction, establish a corresponding diversified cultivation model, and carry out the teachers as guide, students- centered teaching mode. According to the demand characteristic of the “double type” talented person, practice teaching, skill train- ing and extracurricular education will play a more important role in the whole training process. The “double type” talent quality evaluation standards and assessment methods should adapt to change. |
