| 摘 要： | 上海大众汽车参与职业教育的特点是校企合作从学校本位为主转向企业本位为主,以主人的身份直接参与办学过程,企业对学校的参与是全方位的整体参与、深层参与,管理上实行一体化管理,在分析上海大众汽车参与职业教育的基础上,提出一些基于我国现实情况的职业教育改革建议,对高职院校校企合作存在的主要问题,校企合作的模式和实施方法做一些探讨.

| Abstract: | Characteristics of Shanghai Volkswagen in occupation education is the school - enterprise coopera- tion from the school oriented to enterprise oriented, the process of running a school to participate in the identity of the owner. Enterprises to participate in the school is the full participation, deep participation, the implementation of the integrated management of management. Based on the analysis of occupation education in Shanghai Volkswa- gen, this thesis puts forward some occupation education reform proposal based on the reality of our country. With regard to the main problems of school- enterprise cooperation, this thesis probes into the school -enterprise coop- eration model and implementation method. |
