| 摘 要： | 在技术创新研究范式日益网络化,国内外学者现有理论的研究已经勾勒了企业网络对企业技术创新的影响,企业网络对技术创新的重要性已经得到了业界和学界的广泛认同.通过对企业网络的内涵进行文献梳理,将企业网络分成三个维度,分析了结构资本维度、关系资本维度与认知资本维度对企业技术创新绩效的影响,并对文献作了简要的评述,提出了企业网络对技术创新影响的进一步研究.

| Abstract: | With the network of technology innovation, the research of the theory home and abroad has out- lined the influence of enterprise network on technology innovation. The importance of enterprise network to teehnol ogy innovation has gained acceptance in the related fields. Through the literature review of the innovation of enter-prise network, this thesis divides enterprise network into three dimensions, analyses the influence of these dimen sions on technology innovation, comments briefly on the literature, and puts forward the further research of enter-prise network on technology innovation. |
