| Abstract: | Article 55 of Civil Procedure Law of the People＇ s Republic of China regulates civil litigation of public interest,of which that in environment is a typical model. However, the articles in the law for it are far too simple. On the basis of analyzingits own characteristics, the article explores the special rules applied to civil litigation of public interest in environment. |
