| 摘 要： | 本文依据增长极理论，在分析有利条件与制约因素的基础上，提出以培育经济发展增长极来促进历下区域经济持续发展的战略构想：打造促进经济持续发展的增长点→增长带→增长极核的发展思路，提出四个重点产业选择方向和优化可持续发展的支撑体系。

| Abstract: | Based on the Theory of Growth - Pole, this paper analyses the favorable conditions and the restricting factors, and then puts forward the strategic conception to promote the Li＇xia regional economic sustainable development by fostering economic development growth pole. The strategic conception includes the development train of thought which to create the economy growth way of point, zone, and pole. It puts forward four key industry direction and optimization of sustainable development support system. |
