| 摘 要： | 网上心理教育具有灵活新颖，简便易行，双向互动，隐蔽性强，信息量大，资源共享，活泼即时，自主自助等特点。网上心理教育是一个系统工程，各级各类学校和教育管理部门必须全面动员，统筹规划，科学设计，多管齐下：要提高认识，重在建设；要注重师资培训，提高网络素质；要加强网络德育，促进学生上网自律。

| Abstract: | Online psychological education has many merits. It's flexible and convenient to practice. People can achieve a mutual operation and share its enormous resource at any time they want. This education is a systematic project which demands a close cooperation, overall planning and scientific design among schools and teaching management departments at all levels. Emphasis should be put on training teachers, improving personal online morality to achieve self-discipline of students. |
