| 摘 要： | 从CBA联赛各俱乐部运动员的来源途径入手,分析我国篮球联赛后备人才培养中存在的不足。提出构建以CBA联赛各俱乐部为龙头的后备人才培养体系的新思路,旨在为CBA联赛俱乐部提供充足的后备人才,使我国篮球运动水平再上新台阶。

| Abstract: | Conclusions can be drawn that there exist some defects in cultivating mothball talents in CBA league clubs,so new thought of cultivation is put forward constituted a new system of cultivating mothball talents is constituted by every CBA league club,in order to provide sufficient mothball talents for CBA league clubs and advaince the level of our basketball movement can be advanced to a new step. |
