基于粒子滤波的无线传感器网络目标跟踪

摘    要:本文首先介绍了PF(Particle Filter)和UPF(Unscented Particle Filter)的基本原理,然后针对无线传感器网络(WSN)目标跟踪这一应用方向,采用等级网络结构,参考分布式粒子滤波算法,将UPF应用于WSN单目标跟踪以提高网络跟踪精度,仿真证明UPF较PF在跟踪精度上确实有明显的提高。

Abstract:In this paper, we describe the principles of PF (Particle Filter) and UPF (Unscented Particle Filter), and then in order to improve the accuracy of WSN (Wireless Sensor Network) single target tracking, UPF (Unscented Particle Filter) is utilized. We also use the hierarchical sensor network and the distributed particle filter for reference. Extensive simulations are conducted, which show that UPF has a significant improvement in accuracy than PF in WSN target tracking.
