| 摘 要： | 旅游项目成败的关键在于正确确定旅游开发主题，而主题的确定又取决于对当地地脉、脉的准确把握和对客源市场的深入分析及定位。章主要探讨了旅游开发主题与当地的地脉和脉存在着的三种关系，并在此基础上提出正确确定旅游开发主题的构思原则及步骤。

| Abstract: | The key problem of the tourism exploitation is to make sure of the subject of the tourism exploitation correctly, and that to make sure of the subject lies on grasping the terra, civil context of the tourists destination with precise, and analyzing thoroughly the tourists market and making sure of its orientation. This paper mainly discusses three relations about the subject and the terra, civil context of the tourist destination, and based on it, puts forward the conceptive principle and process of the subject of the tourism exploitation. |
