| 摘 要： | 自“9·11”事件爆发以来 ,俄美关系迅速升温 ,其原因是俄美都有共同的利益需求。但随着国际形势的发展 ,尤其是伊拉克危机的爆发和伊拉克战争的打响 ,俄美关系再度面临严峻考验。事实证明 ,俄美关系仍存在巨大的脆弱性 ,这种脆弱性是由其矛盾的症结决定的

| Abstract: | The relations between Russia and America have been quickly calefacient since "9 11" Affair happened because they have beneficial needs in common ?However , the international situations are gradually developing , in particular ,the iterative outbreak of Iraq Crises and the outburst of Iraq War , which make the relations between Russia and America face flinty test ?In fact ,the relations between Russia and America have still had enormous frangibility , which is up to the reasons of their conflicts ? |
