基于师资指数(TRI)的我国中小学师资现状分析

摘    要:通过分析全国教育大数据,综合考虑了2013年到2018年间全国各省市从小学到高中各学段的教师数量与学历水平,并将各省市与全国平均水平进行对比,提出了师资指数(TRI),并在此基础上构建了基于各学段的各省市师资综合指数(TRCI)。基于这两项统计指标,研究发现我国东西部师资的人员配置差异较大,两极分化现象短期内仍处于固化状态;北京、上海、江苏和天津地区对高中阶段师资力量的重视高于其余省市,吉林和黑龙江两省在小学阶段师资力量较强,而广西、河南、江西、贵州和四川等地区的师资水平在各学段都处于全国落后水平。

Research on the Situation of Teachers in Primary and Middle Schools of China Based on the Teacher Resource Index(TRI)

Abstract:Through an comprehensive analysis of the number and education background of teachers from primary school to high school in each province in China from 2013 to 2018, the Teacher Resource Index(TRI) and Teacher Resource Comprehensive Index(TRCI) are put forward. Measuring by these two indicators, there is a huge gap in the allocation of teacher resource between the eastern and western areas in China, and such polarization is likely to maintain in the short term. Beijing, Shanghai,Jiangsu and Tianjin put more emphasis on the high school teacher resource than the others.Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces have better teacher resource at the primary school level, while Guangxi, Henan, Jiangxi, Guizhou and Sichuan are below the average level in all education stages.
