| 摘 要： | 我国成人教育面临经济全球化、教育国际化、人才培养市场化的发展趋势,特别是面对加入WTO后,如何办好成人高校会计专业,是每位会计教师面临的一个亟待解决的现实问题。成人教育的关键在于是否具有自己的特色,而会计专业的特色就是实践性教学。要培养出具有高素质、高层次的会计技术人才和财务管理人才,只有改变传统教育观念,加强会计专业的实践性教学,提高实践性教学的质量,才能满足社会和国民经济发展的需要。

| Abstract: | The adult education of our country is facing the trends of the economy globalization, the education internationalization and the talents marketization. How to run the accounting specialty of adult higher school well becomes a practical problem that each teacher should be up against. The key of adult education is whether it has its own feature. The feature of the accounting specialty is the practical teaching. In order to cultivate the accounting talents and financial management talents that of high quality and high level, the traditional education idea should be changed, the practical teaching of accounting specialty should be enhanced and the quality of practical teaching should be improved so that the needs of society and national economic development can be met. |
