| Abstract: | Mental damages is an universal phenomenon in the cases of refringing the rights of the person. This paper makes a juridical logic analysis of the compensation for mental damages, points out its limitations in the legislation and judicature of our country and the corresponding countermeasures to take. It has practical significance on promoting the legal system building of our country. |
