| 摘 要： | 从解耦点对各种供应链模式进行了总结。从资产专用性、创新、顾客需求的多样性和交货期四个方面分析了解耦点对供应链模式的影响,并从解耦点视角阐释了大规模定制和灵捷制造方式的机理。提出了供应链模式细分的方法。最后提出图书销售的细分模式。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses some kind of operation modes from the view of decoupling point. And the methodology for decoupling point is given based asset specificity, innovation, the diversity of customer demand and due date. The paper analyses mass customization and agile manufacturing in the frame of decoupling point. The method of mode segmentation is presented. Finally, the paper analyzes the sale mode of books by adopting the SC mode segmentation. |
