病案讨论法在妇产科护理学教学中的运用探讨

摘    要:目的:探讨妇产科护理科学的教学法。方法:选择某院校两个护理班共学生90名,随机分为实验班与对照班各45名,以实验班采用将病案讨论法教学,对照班采用传统教学法。结果:实验班病例分析考试成绩,技能测试中护理病历书写能力、运用知识解决问题的能力、其他能力均优于对照组,处理实际病人能力无明显差异。结论:病案讨论法能提高学生学习兴趣,强化知识应用能力,有助于培养实用型的护理人才。

Abstract:Objective: to evaluate the obstetric and gynecological care and science teaching methods.Methods: A total of college students in two nursing classes,it is randomly divided into experimental and contrast classes,and every class has 45 students,the experimental classes use the case discussion method of teaching,the contrast classes use traditional teaching methods.Results: the experimental class’s test scores,writing skills,medical care and testing capability,the ability to apply knowledge to solve problems,and other capabilities are better than the contrast group,treatment with the actual patient has no significant difference.Conclusion: The case discussion method can increase student interest in learning,strengthen knowledge application ability and help develop practical nursing personnel.
