| Abstract: | The development of the medium and small-sized enterprise plays an increasing-important role in pushing forward the stable growth of the national economy. In the light of existing situation in the medium and small-sized enterprises, the government should put the management system macroscopically, in good order and give some policy help. At the same time, the medium and small-sized enterprises should do it themselves; study perfect management mechanism; strengthen the control of the financial affairs; and push forward the process of technological innovation. |
