摘    要:培育新型职业农民,不能忽视职业情感教育。加强职业情感教育是提升新型职业农民职业道德的关键,是提升新型职业农民"三农情怀"的重要途径。同时,加强新型职业农民的情感教育,有着鲜明的问题指向,包括:社会上的厌农观念给新型职业农民职业情感带来负面影响,新型职业农民的职业情感教育尚未得到充分重视,新型职业农民有职业情感教育的客观需求。加强新型职业农民的职业情感教育:一是增强职业情感教育意识、构建职业情感教育的内容体系与师资队伍, 二是创新职业情感教育模式、增强职业情感教育效果, 三是积极推行线下与线上相结合的教学传播策略。

Abstract:To cultivate new type of professional farmers,we should not neglect vocational emotional education.Strengthening vocational emotional education is the key to improve the professional ethics of the new type of professional farmers and an important way to enhance the“three rural feelings”of the new type of professional farmers.At the same time,to strengthen the emotional education of newtype professional farmers has distinct problems,including:the concept of agricultural weariness in society has a negative impact on the professional emotions of new-type professional farmers,the vocational emotional education of new-type professional farmers has not been fully paid attention to,and new-type professional farmers have the objective needs of vocational emotional education.To strengthen the vocational emotional education of the new type professional farmers,the specific ways are as follows:firstly,to enhance the awareness of vocational emotional education,to build the content system and the teaching staff of vocational emotional education;secondly,to innovate the vocational emotional education model and to enhance the effect of vocational emotional education;thirdly,to actively implement the teaching communication strategy combining offline and online.
