| 摘 要： | 以浙江省经济、教育较为发达的杭州、温州市和宁波市的10所重点中学及普通中学的2 000名中学生为调查对象,分析影响浙江省青少年参加体育活动的因素。提出多组织学生开展集体类项目、对家长加强宣传体育锻炼的重要性、鼓励社会力量兴建体育设施、改善学校体育课结构和充分发挥学校体育社团的作用等建议。

| Abstract: | The article surveys 2,000 middle-school students in Hangzhou,Wenzhou and Ningbo and analyzes the factors affecting physical activities of adolescents.It gives suggestions on organizing students to participate some sports events with team work,making the parents to be aware of the importance of physical activity,encouraging social classes to build sports constructions,improving the structure of PE class and making full use of sports societies in schools. |
