| 摘 要： | 农村党的基层组织是社会主义新农村建设的组织保障,皖北各地围绕社会主义新农村建设采取提高基层党员素质、完善基层民主自治等措施有效发挥了党的基层组织在社会主义新农村建设中作用,但在带领群众发展经济、推进农民自治和促进精神文明建设等方面都存在许多亟待解决的问题,本文主要围绕这三个方面探讨如何发挥农村党的基层组织在社会主义新农村建设中的作用。

| Abstract: | Party organizations at the grassroots level in rural areas is the Organization' s Protection in the building of a new socialist countryside.Throu ghout Northern-Anhui Areas around to building a new socialist countryside have taken some measures to improve the quality of grass-roots party members,improve the autono my of grassroots democracy.These measures have made grass-roots organizations effective play a important role in the building of a new socialist countryside.But there are many issues requiring urgent solution in leading the masses in developing the economy and promoting the farmers autonomy and the promotion of spiritual civilization construction.This paper mainly focus on three aspects on how to play the rural grass-roots party organizations in the building of a new socialist countryside role. |
