苏合香挥发油化学成分的研究

摘    要:用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对苏合香挥发油化学成分进行鉴定,用归一化法测定其相对含量。超临界CO2萃取法提取的挥发油共鉴定出38种成分,占挥发油总成分的67%以上;水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油共鉴定出52种成分,占挥发油总成分的73%以上。

Abstract:The components were separated and identified by GC-MS.The amounts of the components from the essential oil were determined by normalization method.52 components of Liquidambar orientalis Mill.measured by SFE method and 38 components measured by SD method were separated and identified.Those components account for above 67% and 73% of the total essential oil respectively.
