| 摘 要： | 辽宁体育产业成长性演进的初始制度禀赋是政体合一的制度安排;历史演进是以政府为核心推动力的制度变迁,路径和目标选择依赖于政府的政治意愿和意志;政府对发展体育事业的资金需求是体育产业成长性的动力之一;演进过程呈现出阶段性和非均衡性的特色。

| Abstract: | The original system of growing up and gradual process of Liaoning physical culture industry is the arrangement of the system that combines politics and physical culture.The evolution is focused on the push of the government that concerns with the gradual process of system,the route and aim are based on the government will.The need for the fund of the development of physical industry is one of the growing up motive of the industry.The evolution appears the period and unbalanced feature. |
