| 摘 要： | 利率市场化是市场经济体制本身的内在要求。自我国加入WTO以后，作为我国银行业商业化运作基础的银行体系的利率市场化改革已经成为央行金融改革的一个必然的发展目标。由于我国现阶段仍不完全具备利率市场化的条件，所以利率市场化必须以渐进的方式进行。而如何在渐进式改革中顺利解决这些问题也就成了改革成败的关键。因此，根据国际经验．结合我国目前经济金融发展的实际情况，提出四点建议。

| Abstract: | Interest rate general adoption of the market principles is the request of the economic system. Since we joined into the WTO, the bank interest rate reform has been a necessary developing goal of the Central Finance.For the Chinese conditions,we have to practice the gradual reform,and solve those problems is the key to succeed or not.According to the international finance situation,the author puts forward four suggestions. |
