俄罗斯特殊教育与中国特殊教育若干问题的比较研究

摘    要:本文从特殊教育的对象、特殊教育对象的鉴定及特殊教育师资培训三个方面比较了俄罗斯和中国的特殊教育。俄罗斯采取了严格区分的原则,他们对特殊儿童的鉴定是综合的、全面的、动态的过程,利用多种学科综合诊断儿童缺陷。中国对特殊儿童的鉴定本着客观、准确、科学、全面、慎重的原则,通过医学、教育、心理等途径加以鉴定。至于特殊教育师资的培养,俄罗斯与我国也存在着诸多的差异

Abstract:This article compares and contrasts the Russian and Chinese special education in three aspects:the object,its idetification and teacher training.ln Russia,the principle of strict differentiation,comprehension and overall is followed,and through a dynamic process those children that are the objects of special education are identified,using the knoweledge from different science categories.While in China,the special education odjects are classified by medical,educational and psychological approaches,following the objective,accuracy,scientific,comprehesive,and cautious principles.There are some differences between methods of training teachers in Russia and China,too.
