| 摘 要： | 近年来随着兴奋剂现象的不断扩展蔓延,越来越多的青少年在运动竞赛和体育考试中为了各自的利益开始涉足兴奋剂。采用调查、专家访谈和文献资料等研究方法,分析了高考体育加试中学生使用兴奋剂的现象,研究了问题的根源、社会危害和防范对策,证实高考体育加试中使用兴奋剂的情况确实存在,并且有逐渐扩大的趋势。此类现象严重违反了体育道德和公平竞争原则,对高校竞技体育的发展和青少年的身心健康损害极大,相关学校和部门必须引起足够的重视。教育部门应充分认识到相关问题的危害性;积极进行反兴奋剂的宣传教育活动,在青少年中普及相关知识,提高教练员和教师的人文素养和职业道德水平;制定针对体育考试的反兴奋剂法律和法规,对唆使、提供、贩卖、劝诱、蒙骗青少年运动员和学生使用兴奋剂的人,应依法打击,从严查处。

| Abstract: | With the spread of the phenomenon of doping in recent years,more and more teenagers are involved in doping during competitive sports games and test of sports for their own interests.By means of investigation,interviews with experts,and literature review,the authors tend to analyze the phenomenon of the use of doping by students in P.E.test,study the origin,the negative social influence and protective measures of the issue and finally testify that there does exist the phenomenon of doping in the qualification test of P.E.for the entrance examination and that the tendency is actually increasing.The problem of doping violates sports morals and the principle of fair play and endangers the mental and physical health of teenagers and the development of competitive college sports.Therefore it should be paid more attention by relative schools and departments and its harms should be recognized immediately by educational departments.Relative knowledge and anti-doping education should be taught among teenagers and teachers' and coaches' cultural qualities and professional moral standards should be improved.Most important of all,rules and regulations against the use of doping in P.E.tests should be stipulated.Meanwhile,anybody who suborns,offers,trades,induces,and blindfolds juvenile athletes or students for use of dope should be severely punished and seriously regulated. |
