摘    要:采用文献资料、走访座谈、实地考察和逻辑分析等方法,从市场监督管理学的角度对建立我国高校体育市场监督管理体制的基本原则和模式的构想进行了初步研究.结果表明:建立我国的高校体育市场监督管理体制在处理好政府与市场关系的基础上,必须遵循三个原则,即统一原则、权威原则和高效原则,并兼顾四个因素,即市场特点、国家经济安全需要、改革的进展和市场监管职能作用的界定.在综合考虑我国高校体育市场监督机构设置、隶属关系、权限划分等所要遵循的原则,以及我国高校体育市场现实相关因素基础上.应尽快建立我国高校体育市场监督管理体制,使我国高校体育市场监管体制能有效地促进体育产业的健康发展.

Abstract:Through the methods of literature review, visit, an on-the-spot investigation and logical analysis, a preliminary research is made on establishing a model and basic principles of sports market monitoring system at Chinese universities and colleges. The result indicates that on the basis of dealing with the relations between the government and marketing, 3 principles must be followed, namely, the principle of unity, the principle of authority and the principle of high efficiency. Meanwhile, 4 factors such as the character of marketing, the demand of national economic safety, development of reforms, and definition of market monitoring function must be cared for. While considering the principles we'll take, for example, monitoring the organization set-up, affiliation relations, and authority definition as well as the related factors with the college sports market, we should establish the sports market monitoring system at Chinese colleges and universities as soon as possible so that the system can develop in a healthy way.
