| 摘 要： | 农村税费改革是新时期农村税费制度的一次强制性制度变迁，对农村义务教育产生了深刻影响。以山东省为例，对农村税费改革后该省的农村义务教育发展状况进行实证分析，并立足实际，提出了推动我国农村义务教育健康发展的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | The rural tax - fee reform is a compulsory system vicissitude in new period. It produces great impact on rural compulsory education. This papar takes province of Shandong for example, and analyzes demonstratively the status of rural compulsory education after rural tax - fee reform in this province. Finally, this paper brings forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures to accelerate the development of rural compulsory education. |
