京津冀、长三角和粤港澳大湾区 三大区域创新创业教育体系比较研究

摘    要:我国各区域间发展水平不平衡,导致创新创业区域化发展趋势表现明显。创新创业教育作为培养创新创业人才的重要路径,对我国经济发展具有推动作用。本文根据京津冀、长三角、粤港澳高等院校教师问卷调查结果,围绕课程体系、组织领导、师资建设、教学管理、机制保障等五个维度,探究三个区域创新创业教育体系的差异。研究发现:三个区域在五个方面都存在差异,其中,长三角地区创新创业教育总体建设水平靠前,京津冀次之,粤港澳地区稍有逊色;与此同时,组织领导和机制保障差异较大,师资建设水平参差不齐。基于此,提出相应的对策建议。

Abstract:The level of development among different regions in China is unbalanced, resulting in an obvious regional development trend of innovation and entrepreneurship. Innovation and entrepreneurship education, as an important path to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents, plays an important role in promoting China''s economic development. Based on the faculty survey in higher education institutions in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, the Yangtze River Delta, and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, this paper explores the differences in innovation and entrepreneurship education system among three regions from five perspectives, including curriculum system, organization and leadership, faculty development, teaching and management, and mechanism guarantee. It is found that the three regions have differences in five aspects. Among them, the overall development level of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the Yangtze River Delta is the highest, followed by the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is slightly inferior. At the same time, the organizational leadership and mechanism guarantee are quite different, and the level of faculty development is uneven. Based on the aforementioned findings, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
